ZyQuit is a coach for people quitting nicotine pouches. It builds a personal plan — either a gradual taper down to zero or stopping outright — tracks each day against that plan, and shows what you are getting back: days on plan, money not spent, nicotine avoided, and a recovery timeline. There is an SOS mode for the worst few minutes of a craving, and an optional partner mode where two people quit together on a shared streak.
No. There is no sign-up, no email, and no password. Your plan and everything you log stay on your device. Nothing is sent to us at all unless you choose to pair with a partner, and then only the day's counters are shared.
When two people pair, the streak belongs to both of you: it grows on days you both stay within your plans, and it breaks for both if either goes over the limit. Each pair gets one "freeze" per week — spend it to protect the streak from a single bad day. Either of you can unlink at any time, which ends the pairing and deletes the pair's data from our server.
Yes. Open Settings and edit your plan — strength, how many pouches a day you started from, what a can costs you and how many pouches are in it, the method, and the target date. Everything else recalculates from there.
Right after logging, an undo appears — tap it and the entry is removed. If you are in a pair, your partner's view updates too.
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then ZyQuit, then Cancel Subscription. You can also reach the same screen from Settings inside ZyQuit. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. We cannot cancel a subscription for you — Apple handles all billing.
Open the paywall in the app and tap "Restore" — this asks Apple for your purchases and restores them on the current device. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with. If that does not help, write to support@zyquit.com and tell us the date of purchase.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the purchase and request a refund there.
Your history of use never leaves your phone. In partner mode we receive only the day's counters and status, attached to a random identifier that is not linked to your name — we have no name to link it to. There is no advertising and no tracking across other apps. We do collect anonymous usage events — which screens get opened, whether a plan was created — to see what works: they carry no name, no email, and no advertising identifier, they are tied to a random installation identifier rather than to you, and you can switch them off in Settings. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Delete the app, and the local data goes with it. To remove what is on our server, unlink the pair in the app — that deletes the pair and its reports. For anything else, write to privacy@zyquit.com.
No. ZyQuit is behavioural coaching and self-tracking. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat nicotine dependence, and the recovery timeline is general educational information about what people commonly experience — not a statement about your body. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional about your health, and seek help if withdrawal affects you severely.
ZyQuit is for adults of legal age to buy nicotine products where they live, and in no case under 18.
